ADDED OPTIONAL COLUMNS TO THE DRIVER SCORE CARD V2 REPORT

We added a number of optional columns to the Driver Score Card v2 Detail report, including:

  • License Plate
  • Total PSL Violations
  • Starting Address, Ending Address
  • Ending Odometer
  • Speeding Distance (broken out by 1–4, 5–10, 10–15, and 15+ mph over the limit)
  • Night Distance
  • Driver Schedule details (Scheduled Work Day, Expected Start/End Time, Expected Work Hours, Work Day Duration)
  • Co-location and Geofence stop/arrival/departure details
  • Working and Waste Idle Time, percentage-of-day breakdowns (at Work Stops, at Geofences, Travelling), and date breakdowns (Month, Quarter, Week, Weekday, Year).

We also added new optional columns to the Driver Score Card v2 Summary report: License Plate, Speeding Distance (by range), Night Distance, and several metrics carried over from the v1 Summary report, such as Geofence Stops per Day, Co-location Stops/Stop Time, Work/Waste Idle Time, and average first/last arrival and departure times.

IMPROVED DRIVER SCORE CARD V1 REPORT PERFORMANCE

We improved the performance of the Driver Score Card v1 Detail and Summary reports so they load faster, including over longer date ranges. We also consolidated the separate Driver First Name and Last Name columns into a single Driver Name column for a cleaner view.

EXPANDED THE TRIP DETAIL REPORT

We added several new optional columns to the Trip Detail report:

  • Plate, VIN Number
  • Device ID (ESN)
  • Device Name
  • Ending Engine Hours Meter
  • Ending Odometer Value, and Vehicle Battery Level

We simplified the report by removing the separate Start Date, Start Time, Arrival Date, and Arrival Time columns, since trip start and arrival times are already shown in combined date/time columns. We updated the report description to: "Report displays data for Trips detected based on travel status computed," and also improved the reliability of the report's date range filtering.

UPDATED ASSET ANALYTICS SUMMARY REPORT COLUMNS

We made a few updates to some Asset Analytics Summary Report Columns:

  • Renamed the "Travel Time" column to "Trip Travel Time" and the "Geofence" column to "Last Geofence" for clarity (the underlying values are unchanged).
  • Consolidated the Operator First Name and Operator Last Name columns into a single Operator Name column.
  • Corrected the number formatting on the GPS Odometer and OBD Odometer columns.

CORRECTED FUEL SPEND UNITS ON THE ROI DASHBOARD AND FUEL REPORTS

We fixed an issue where the Total Fuel Spent metric on the ROI Dashboard incorrectly displayed a "gal" unit label; it now correctly reads "Total Fuel Spent ($)." We removed incorrect "gal" unit labels from monetary columns on the Fuel Purchase Detail report and also fixed the Starting Fuel Percent and Ending Fuel Percent columns on the Asset Analytics report, which were incorrectly showing a "(Gal)" unit label alongside percentage values.

ADDED A CUSTOM DATE RANGE OPTION TO THE ASSET HISTORY REPORT

We added a custom date range selector to the Asset History report, letting you choose a start and end date from a calendar picker. This resolves errors that could occur with the previous date range filter (date ranges are limited to 62 days). We also updated the report's default sort order to Group, Asset, and Event Time.

IMPROVED THE IDLE REPORT

We added a new Date column to the Idle Detail, Summary, and Drilldown reports, and improved how records are sorted by date. We consolidated the Driver First Name and Last Name columns into a single Driver Name column across the Idle Detail and Summary reports. We also improved the overall load performance of the Idle report.

FIXED ACCOUNT NAME SYNC IN SCHEDULED REPORTS

We fixed an issue where renaming an account (Group) in iOn/ADM did not update the account name already saved in existing report schedules. Now, when an account is renamed, all of its existing schedules automatically reflect the new name.
