Vehicle Inspection Detail
The Vehicle Inspection Detail report provides detailed information about each submitted inspection form, item by item, including the items' descriptions, pass/fail status, data types, and any notes added by the drivers. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

| Primary Group | The name of the group the asset is assigned to |
| Vehicle | The name of the asset |
| Inspector Full Name | The first and last name of the person who completed the inspection |
| Inspection Start Time | The date and time the inspection began |
| Inspection End Time | The date and time the inspection was finished |
| Duration | The total time the inspection took to complete |
| Form Name | The name of the inspection form, as entered in iOn |
| Total Defects | The total number of items that failed |
| Group Description | The inspection group the item belongs to, as defined on the Groups tab of the Inspections Setup screen |
| Item Description | The name of the inspection item, as defined on the Items tab of the Inspections Setup screen (one specific element to be checked, such as Tires Properly Inflated) |
| Item Result | What was entered for the item on the form, such as Pass or Fail for a Pass/Fail type of item or date for a Date type |
| Notes | The comments entered by the inspector, if any |
| Severity | The level of severity of the item's status, with values of Driveable and Non-Driveable |
| Item Data Type | The data type of the item on the form, such as Pass/Fail, Date, Odometer, or Signature |
| Sub Item Description | The name of the inspection subitem (an element to check in a subcategory of a main item, such as Front Left for a main item of Tires) |
| Inspection Verification Status | Whether the inspection was verified |
| Verified By | The user that verified the inspection |
You can add one column when you customize the report:

Vehicle Inspection Summary
The Vehicle Inspection Summary report provides aggregated inspection data over the time range by group, showing the totals of how many items failed and passed. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

| Vehicle | The name of the asset |
| Form Name | The name of the inspection form, as entered in iOn |
| Duration | The total time the inspection took to complete |
| Inspection Timestamp | The date and time the inspection began |
| Inspector Name | The name of the person who completed the inspection |
| Inspection Verification Status | Whether the inspection was verified |
| Verified By | The user that verified the inspection |
| Verified Date | The date and time the inspection was verified |
| Items Passed | The total number of items that passed |
| Items Failed | The total number of items that failed |
There are no columns to add when customizing the report, as all the available ones are enabled by default.
