Maintenance History Detail


The Maintenance History Detail report provides details of maintenance performed on assets, including the services provided, date they were performed, and cost. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

The name of the asset

Schedule Name
The name of the maintenance schedule in iOn (an entire set of repairs and other vehicle upkeep tasks for a single type of vehicle)
Service Item
The name of the item, as entered in iOn (one repair or vehicle upkeep task, such as Oil Change)
Date Completed
The date the service was performed
Logged By
The iOn user who recorded the service as performed (on the iOn Maintenance screen)
Total Cost
The total cost of the service
Parts Cost
The cost of the parts used for the service
Labor Cost
The charge for the worker(s) who performed the maintenance
Misc Cost
Miscellaneous costs of the service
Tax
The tax charged for the work performed
Service Provider
The name of the shop/worker who made the repair

Maintenance History Summary


The Maintenance History Summary report provides aggregated data for all the performed maintenance, including asset details, schedule, number of service logs, costs by category, and average cost per day. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

The Maintenance Management Interface Summary report provides basic vehicle information for integration with maintenance-management software, including each asset's odometer reading and the ending engine hours meter. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

The Periodic Scheduled Maintenance Due Detail report provides a list of upcoming scheduled services, including what assets need the services, when they are due, days remaining, and fault lamp and DTC status. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

The numerical odometer value (such as number of miles) until the service is due

The number of engine hours until the service is due
MIL Status
Whether the malfunction indicator lamp is lit (with values of true and false)
Active DTCs
Whether there are any active diagnostic trouble codes (also called fault codes)
