IMPROVED THE USER EXPERIENCE ON THE TRACKING SCREENS

We made several improvements to the Tracking and Tracking Beta screens’ user interface, as follows:

  • We added labels for the icons at the top right of the grid to show what functions they serve.

  • We changed the up arrow that hides the filters at the top to be ONLY that arrow (not an entire white bar with the arrow on it) to give the map more screen real estate.
  • We made the “LIVE” text in the Dates filter larger and blue to highlight the fact that this is where you can change from tracking your assets live to mapping historical activity.
  • If you are tracking one group’s assets and then use the Group Chooser to switch to another group, the map will now move to and zoom in on the new group’s assets.

SHOWING ACTUAL PATHS FOR ASSET HISTORY INSTEAD OF THE EXPECTED ROADS

When you map asset history, you will now see a Disable Snap to Road icon () above the grid. If you select this, the exact path the assets traveled will be shown. The default results show instead the path as it would be if the assets had traveled the expected streets at the addresses reported to iOn.

LOADING THE REPORTS MORE QUICKLY

We improved the performance of the Analytics & Reports screen, so it will load more quickly.

CUSTOMIZING THE DASHBOARD

We added the Edit icon () to several of the widgets on the Dashboards, which will enable you to make customizations such as change which columns are displayed.

IDENTIFYING THE ASSET IN THE CRASH EVENT DETAILS WINDOW

In the CrashBoxx AI screen’s Crash Event Details window, we added the asset name to the Vehicle pane.

SHOWING THE DURATION FOR THE LONG IGNITION OFF AND GATEWAY STATIONARY ALERTS

In the Add/Edit Notification dialog box for the Long Ignition Off and Gateway Stationary alerts, we changed the label of the Stationary Duration trigger to Duration.
