Asset History
The Asset History report provides a list of your assets' recent events, including when and where they occurred, the speed the assets were traveling, engine hours, and odometer values. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

Group Name | The name of the group/account |
Asset Alias | The asset’s alias (if your organization uses aliases and has entered them) |
Asset Name | The name of the asset |
Asset Category | The category of the asset |
Event Time | The date and time of the event |
Event Type | The PEG name of the event, such as IGON for Ignition On |
Event | The name of the event, such as Ignition On or Hard Deceleration |
Travel Status | The state of the asset's travel at the time the event was reported, such as Idle or Moving |
Latitude | The latitude value of the location where the event occurred |
Longitude | The longitude value of the location where the event occurred |
Address | The location address detected when the event occurred |
Geofence | The geofence reported for the event, if any |
Speed | The asset's speed at the time of the event |
Posted Speed Limit | The speed limit posted at the event's location |
Over Limit | How far over the posted speed limit the asset was traveling (the difference between the preceding two columns), if it was speeding |
Heading | The cardinal or ordinal direction the asset was traveling, such as SW for southwest |
Engine Hours Meter | The ending engine hours meter value received at the time of the event |
Odometer | The most recent odometer reading received at the time of the event |
Operator Alias | The driver's alias, if any |
Operator | The driver's name, as entered in iOn |
Route | The name of the route, if your organization is using routes as another level of filtering |
Time Zone | The time zone of the group where the event occurred |
These are the columns you can add when you customize the report:

Engine RPM | The vehicle bus engine speed; higher revolutions-per-minute values mean higher output power and fuel consumption |
Maps Link | A Google Maps URL you can copy and paste into another browser tab, showing the coordinates of the event's location |
ESN | The electronic serial number of the asset's LMU |
VIN | The vehicle identification number, for vehicle assets |
Input Usage Detail
The Input Usage Detail report provides day-to-day details of input use, with each input event in a single row, including the input name, asset, driver, when the input was turned on and off, and the duration and location of its use (address, latitude/longitude, and if applicable, geofence). Here are the columns that are displayed by default in the report:

Input Active Travel Distance | The distance driven while the input was active for this event, based on odometer readings reported to iOn |
Input Inactive Travel Distance | The distance driven while the input was inactive for this event, based on odometer readings reported to iOn |
Input Active Location | The location detected when the input became active for this event |
Input Inactive Location | The location detected when the input was deactivated for this event |
Input Active Latitude | The latitude value of the location where the input became active for this event |
Input Active Longitude | The longitude value of the location where the input was turned on |
Input Inactive Latitude | The latitude value of the location where the input was deactivated |
Input Inactive Longitude | The longitude value of the location where the input was turned off |
Input Active Geofence | The geofence location detected when the input was activated for the event, if any |

Odometer | The odometer reading received at the activation time of the input event |
There are no columns to add when customizing the Input Usage Detail report, as all the available ones are enabled by default.
Input Usage Summary
The Input Usage Summary report provides aggregated input use data, including the input name, asset, driver, total number of active days over the date range, average number of hours per day the input was turned on and off, average duration of its use, and distance traveled while in use. Here are the columns that are displayed by default in the report:

There are no columns to add when customizing the Input Usage Summary report, as all the available ones are enabled by default.
Location Activity Asset List
The Location Activity Asset List report provides a list of assets and drivers that traveled through the area surrounding a specified address. Here are the columns that are displayed by default in the report:

Location Activity Event Details
The Location Activity Event Details report provides a list of events that occurred in the area surrounding a specified address, including asset names, drivers, stop duration, odometer values, and latitude and longitude where each event occurred. Here are the columns that are displayed by default in the report:

Trip Detail
The Trip Detail report provides detailed information about the trips your assets and drivers have driven, including trip start/end location, start/end time, distance, and total duration. A trip is started for a vehicle when iOn receives the Start message while its ignition is on, and the trip ends when the asset idles for over five minutes or when iOn receives an Ignition Off event from its device. Here are the columns that are displayed by default in the Trip Detail report:

Time at Destination | The time spent at the destination before the next trip started; if the last trip of the day spans two days, this is calculated as 11:59:59 p.m. minus the trip arrival time |
Trip Travel Time | The total travel time for the trip — the trip arrival time minus the trip start time |
Trip Total Time | The total trip time — the trip travel time plus the time at the destination |
Trip Idle Time | The idle time within the trip |
Input [1-7] Name | The name of the input connected to input port [1-7] that was active during the trip |
Input [1-7] Start Time | The time of day input [1-7] first became active during the trip |
Input [1-7] End Time | The time of day input [1-7] finished its activity (became inactive) during the trip |
Total Input [1-7] Active Duration | The total time input [1-7] was active — the input end time minus the input start time |
Total Input Active Duration | The total time all the inputs were active |
Trip Start Latitude | The latitude value of the location where the trip started |
Trip Start Longitude | The longitude value of the location where the trip started |
Trip End Latitude | The latitude value of the location where the trip ended |
Trip End Longitude | The longitude value of the location where the trip ended |
Badge/Fob ID | The driver's keyfob ID number, if one was detected for the trip |
