On the Inspection Results screen, you can see each inspection form your drivers filled out and submitted, as follows:


  1. On the sidebar menu on the left, click .
     
  2. Click Inspection Results on the flyout menu that appears.
     
    The Inspection Results screen will appear and list the inspections performed today on all your vehicles.
     
  3. To expand the date range of the returned forms, follow these steps:
      
    1. Click the From calendar picker icon.
       
      This month's calendar will appear.
        
    2. Click the first day you want to include in the time period. (If needed, you can click  to go back to an earlier month and then select the date.)
       
    3. Click Okay at the bottom right of the calendar.
       
    4. To change the end date of the time range of inspection forms shown, click the To calendar picker icon and repeat steps b and c.
       
      The screen will now show all the forms completed during your chosen time range.
        
  4. You can limit the results to just a certain vehicle, verification status (whether the form has been verified by an iOn user), or form as follows:
      
    1. Click the Vehicle, Verification Status, or Inspection Form drop-down arrow.
       
    2. In the drop-down list, select the vehicle, status (Invalid or Valid, meaning that the form has been verified by an iOn user), or inspection form by name.
       
      If the list is long, you can type part of the name in the field to limit the results to just a few entries.
       
      Only inspection forms that match your selection or search criteria will remain the grid.
       
  5. You can view only forms that have a Fail status by selecting the Failed Only toggle at the top right of the screen.
     
  6. To view an inspection form in its entirety, click  at the far right in its row.
     
    The overflow menu will appear.
      
  7. Click Details.
     
    The Inspection Results Details screen will appear.
      
    At the top of the screen will be the asset name, the form name, its overall status (Pass or Fail), the name of the person who performed the inspection, edit details (if any), and verification status.
     
  8. Each item on the form will be listed in the Name column, and whether it passed or failed will be in the Results column.
     
  9. If a photo has been included in the form, you can view it by clicking  in the Attachment column.
     
  10. You can edit the values in the Results and Notes fields by clicking  at the far right and making the changes you need.
     
  11. You can click Home at the top left to return to the Inspection Results screen.
