The reports that are available to you depend on what iOn components your organization has chosen and your user role. To see your reports, click  on the left sidebar menu and then Analytics & Reports on the flyout menu that appears.

Note: For details on running an iOn report, go to Running a Report Using the New Platform.

In the left pane, you'll see that the reports are separated into three tabs:

  • Common: The most commonly used reports

  • Special: More specialized reports, such as ones based on add-on modules

  • My Reports: Reports you've saved and perhaps customized

In the right pane, the All tab has tiles with the names of all the reports in the chosen specification (such as Common), displayed alphabetically. The tiles are color-coded, corresponding to the color of the icon of the category they belong to (such as  for Asset Activity).

The right pane's Recent tab shows tiles for reports you have run recently in the chosen left-pane grouping (such as Special).

The reports are all named with one of these endings:

  • Summary: Aggregated data by date range or by the latest messaging for every asset/device

  • Detail: Day-by-day results

  • History: Events-based data

  • Graph: Charts and graphs

The following tables explain what data the reports offer, category by category, as they will appear on the Common and Special tabs.
