IMPROVED SEARCH FEATURE ON THE TRACKING SCREEN

On the Tracking screen, we improved the Search feature by placing the best match at the top of the results list (for both assets and drivers). In addition, you can now search for drivers using their first and last names (or just one), in any order (such as “John Smith,” “Smith, John,” or “John”).

CONTROLLING WHO CAN MODIFY STATUS VALUES FOR ASSETS AND DRIVERS

We added two new permissions to the Add/Edit Role dialog box:

• Edit Asset Status: Controls whether users are allowed to change an asset’s status. You will find this under Admin Assets Page.
• Edit Driver Status: Controls whether users are allowed to change a driver’s status. You will find this under Admin Drivers Page.

DUPLICATING NOTIFICATIONS

We added the ability for Admin users to copy an existing notification and then modify its properties to make the process of creating new alerts easier (via a new Clone Notification option on the Admin - Notifications screen).

SORTING AND FILTERING ASSETS IN THE MAINTENANCE GRID

We added sorting and filtering capabilities to the Maintenance screen’s grid for the Asset column.

VIEWING GEOFENCE EVENTS IN THEIR OWN ROWS WHEN MAPPING ASSET HISTORY

When you map asset history, you will now see Enter Geofence and Exit Geofence events in their own grid rows so that you can quickly identify geofence arrivals and departures.
