DISPLAYING THE ASSET GRID BELOW THE MAP ON THE TRACKING SCREEN

On the Tracking screen, we added the capability to display the asset grid below the map, in case you need to view more of its columns horizontally and also have the map cross the width of your screen. The previous option of showing the grid to the left of the map is also still available. Both views have a slider handle you can drag to give the grid more or less screen real estate, as needed. You click these icons at the top of the assets list to choose the location to place the grid:

  • : Displays the grid to the left of the map.
  • : Displays the grid below the map.

ACKNOWLEDGING MULTIPLE ALERTS ON THE NOTIFICATION EVENTS SCREEN

We added a new screen, Notification Events, in the previous release that enables you view and acknowledge all the notifications your organization has received (for alerts you have configured). In this release, we have added the ability for you to select multiple notifications and acknowledge them all at once.

SEARCHING FOR FLEET DEVICES VIA ESN ON THE TRACKING SCREEN

On the Tracking screen, we improved the Search feature by adding the ability for you to search for fleet devices (such as LMUs) using their ESNs (electronic serial numbers). Matching devices will appear in the Search drop-down list with the name of the assets they are assigned to. When you click the name of a device in the list, the map will focus in on its asset.

NEW FOUND-LOCATION ICON ON THE MAP

We changed the icon that will appear on the map after you’ve performed a search for a location (or clicked the Location button in the lower-right toolbar, which will zoom in on your current position). Previously, we used the icon, but we now will use the more recognizable pin one ().

IMPROVED TRACKING SCREEN FILTERS

On the Tracking screen, we optimized how the filters are rendered on the map so that they won’t obscure the entire top half of the page.

VIEWING TILT VALUES FOR SUPPLY CHAIN DEVICES ON THE TRACKING SCREEN

For our customers with supply chain devices, we added a new section to the Device Details pane on the Tracking screen, Tilt, that will appear only if the device has a tilt sensor. This will show the last five reported tilt readings, the current degrees of tilt at the top right, a drawing depicting the current tilt, and the status indicators Normal and Threshold Breach.
