CHOOSING DASHBOARD WIDGETS

We added the ability for you to change the widgets you see on the Dashboard via the Edit button at the top right of the screen. Any customizations you make will be for your view only. The Edit Dashboard dialog box shows which widget groups are currently being displayed in the Added Widgets section and any widget groups you can add to the Dashboard under Available Widgets. (Simply click the Saved to Dashboard /Save to Dashboard  option to make the layout change.)

CONTROLLING WHO CAN VIEW ION VISION VIDEOS VIA ROLES

For customers with iOn Vision cameras installed in your vehicles, we added an iOn Vision privilege that can be toggled on and off at the role level, which you can find in the Add/Edit Role dialog box in the Add Ons section. Only users whose roles have this permission will be able to view the iOn Vision features on the Tracking and Reports screens.

ADDING AND VIEWING GEOFENCE DESCRIPTIONS

We added the ability for you to include a description when creating or editing a geofence on the Tracking screen. When you click a geofence’s shape on the map, the description will appear as part of the pop-up data.

ASSIGNING NONTOOL ASSETS TO OTHER ASSETS

We added the ability for you to assign assets that aren’t designated as tools (such as trailers) to other assets (such as their assigned vehicles) via the Admin - Assets Manage Assignments dialog box.

VIEWING GEOFENCES IN THE ASSET HISTORY GRID

We added a new Geofence column to the Asset History report grid, which will show you the geofences the asset traveled through during the listed events (if applicable).

CHOOSING THE COLUMNS TO DISPLAY IN THE ASSET HISTORY GRID

We added the column selector icon () at the top right of the Asset History report grid, which will enable you to add or remove columns. (See Customizing Displayed Columns for details.)

REMOVING ASSIGNED SCHEDULES

We added a None option to the Schedule drop-down list for the Edit dialog boxes for assets, notifications, and drivers so that you can remove an assigned schedule. (Previously, you could assign a new schedule for an asset, a driver, or a notification, but not remove one altogether.)

ENTERING SCHEDULE CONFIGURATION TIMES DIRECTLY

In the Add/Edit Schedule dialog box, we added the ability to set the start and end times for a configuration by selecting the values and typing (in addition to the current method of choosing the times via the picker).

DISPLAYING CRASH EVENTS IN ASSET HISTORY

We added crash events as event rows in the Asset History report's grid.
