Stability and Availability Enhancements for Map Services

We have continued our work to improve iOn’s map performance, including an upgrade to a high-availability configuration for ArcGIS Enterprise; this means that a failure of an individual component in our system will not cause the map services to become unavailable, preventing map downtime.
