To see reports you have scheduled to run on a regular basis, follow these steps:


Note: Be aware that your user role will need to have the privilege to use the Reports screen in order for you to be able to run, schedule, and view scheduled reports. (If you need to schedule a report and you don't have that privilege, contact your organization's iOn administrator.)


  1. Make sure that the group you have selected in the Group Chooser is the same one as when you created the schedule. (See Choosing a Group to View Globally for details on how to change your specified group.)
    Note: Scheduled reports are listed on the Scheduled Reports screen only for the group chosen while they were created.
  2. In the sidebar menu on the left of the screen, click .
     
    The Reports screen will appear and display the reports saved for the group you have selected in the Group Chooser, if any. (If there are none, it will display the iOn Reports tab.)
     
  3. If one of the saved reports has the schedule you want to see, skip down to step 6.
     
  4. Click the iOn Reports tab.
     
    It will list all the available reports alphabetically (regardless of report category).
      
  5. If you know the specific title of the report whose schedule you want to view, type part of its name in the Search Reports bar, such as "vehicle."
    Note: Optionally, you can narrow your search further by clicking the Report Type drop-down arrow and selecting a category.
    If you don't know the name of the report you want, you can search by type, as follows:
     
    1. Leave the Search Reports bar empty.
        
    2. Click the Report Type drop-down list and select the category you are looking for, such as Asset Usage Reports.
         
       
  6. Only reports that match your search criteria will be displayed in the list.
      
  1. On the tile of the report whose schedule you want to view, click  at the top right and select Schedule Report on the menu that appears.
      
    The schedules you have set up for the report will appear.
      
    Here is a description of the column headers and grid icons:
     
    • Job Name: The job name you specified when saving the schedule. 
       
    • Last Run: The date and time the scheduled report was last run.
      Caution: Don't be alarmed if the Last Run and Next Run time values seem off; they'll be run for the time you specified, but they might be listed here using UTC (coordinated universal time) instead of your time zone.
    • Next Run: The date and time when the report is next scheduled to run.
       
    • Enabled: If the check box is selected, the report is active and will be run per its schedule. You can uncheck this to temporarily pause the schedule (and select it again later to resume regular report runs).
       
    • : Opens the settings for the report, enabling you to edit the schedule.
       
    • : Deletes the schedule for the report (after you confirm your deletion in a warning dialog box).
       
  2. You can add a new schedule for the report by clicking Create Schedule at the top left of the screen (and following the steps in Scheduling a Report).
      
  3. You can click Run Now at the top of the screen to enter new options, output options, and notification settings to immediately execute a run of the report.
     
  4. You can click Refresh List to update the information onscreen.
