New Features

Time-Based Alert Types

We added three new time-based alert types, iOn Long Idle, iOn Long Stop, and iOn Long Drive, which will enable you to determine how long an event should occur before a notification is sent out. These will be handled as follows:

  • iOn Long Idle: For the trigger, you specify a Device Idle Duration value in minutes. When idling exceeds this threshold, the alert is sent out.

  • iOn Long Stop: For the trigger, you specify a Long Stop Duration value in minutes. If an asset stop exceeds this threshold, the alert is sent out.

  • iOn Long Drive: For the triggers, you specify Max Drive Time and Min Break Time values in minutes. If the drive time exceeds the maximum threshold without an interruption of at least the minimum break time, the alert is sent out.

Improved Map Services

We have continued our work to advance iOn’s map performance, including updates that will make load times faster, improve the history breadcrumb functionality, and provide more stability, higher reliability, and better clustering.
