In the CalAmp application, each screen you navigate to displays by default the data of the group you have selected in the Group Chooser. The primary group you are assigned to will be chosen upon launch, but you can select any group you have rights to view. To choose a different group, follow these steps:


Note: If you need to track a group you don't have privileges to access, you'll need to contact your organization's software administrator and request the group assignment.


  1. From any screen, click the Group Chooser () in the banner at the top of the screen. (Click either the icon or group name.)
     
    The Group Chooser will appear. (By default, your top-level group will be chosen when you first launch the CalAmp application.)
      
  2. If the group whose assets you want to view appears in the list, click its name.
     
    If you need a subgroup of one of the primary groups, click the principal group's expansion arrow () (and keep expanding until you reach the level of the group).
      
    Then click the subgroup's name.
     
  3. Click Apply.
     
    Whatever screen you are on will refresh to show the data for your new group, and any screen you switch to will now display the chosen group's information by default.
